At Free Shipping with Keiki Co., we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
